Yes, WP Fastest Cache is compatible with Cloudflare APO. Our site uses both.

Useful Tip: If you install WP Fastest Cache, you do not need to use Cloudflare’s plugin. Just make sure you connect to your Cloudflare account using WP Fastest Cache’s CDN connectivity feature.

May I ask why your website uses both then?

Because they both perform different functions:

WP Fastest Cache = Caches and delivers files (server level).
Cloudflare APO = Caches and delivers files (edge level).

Look them up (read the documentation) for detailed information.
