My website crashed this evening when I logged-in to wp-admin to make a blog post. I used Updraft Plus for back-ups, and when I went to back-up from the most recent back-up (10/4), I choose all components to restore (Plugins, Themes, Uploads, Others, Database) and when I click "next" to start restoring from back-up I get the following error message: "Remote fetch failed / No local copy present" for plugins, themes, and uploads. Any idea why that might be the case and what I can do to resolve that?
Do you have the physical ZIP files? Can you see them on your server or the server you’re backing up to?
