Issue since upgrading to Version 3.3.6

[ad_1]

Hey @ferrierob,

I have tried replicating this issue on a clean instance but unfortunately, I am not able to replicate this issue. So could you please provide some more information about this issue like attaching some screenshots or a screencast video of the issue?

Also please provide the URL to your site where this issue is happening so that we can have a close look at this issue.

Meanwhile, could you also check for any plugin conflict issue happening at your end? To do it safely, please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin(https://projectdmc.org/plugins/health-check/), enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins, reactivate MPG and open the page and check if the issue persists. And if the issue doesn’t occur anymore then try activating all the plugins one by one until you find a problematic plugin. Then replace it with an alternate plugin.

Looking forward to hearing from you, have a great day!
Thank you.

Hi happy to provide all of this. How do I attached screen shots? Doesn’t seem to be a facility to do so?

Hey @ferrierob,

You can use any online screenshot tool like ), just use the tool to upload the screenshot and share the links in the next replies.

Or you can also upload the screenshots to google drive or somewhere else and share the link with us.

Thank you.

There is no issue in Microsoft Edge, only in Chrome so I am going to assume it’s a cache issue.
