This issue is an odd one because it’s not consistent and I can’t figure out what the conflict might be.
The images are product icons. They are meant to load in and you select a button underneath to move onto the next phase.
The images are set up in rows and each image box loads in on its own. The problem is some images are randomly not loading in and it switches up depending on the occurrence.
Sometimes it will be image A.
Sometimes it will be image C.
There isn’t a recognizable pattern.
When I reload the page it corrects itself so I’m not exactly sure what to do.
– Images have been optimized with a plugin. The website previously suffered extreme slow loading times which I improved with this and the next plugin.(went from C to A on GTmetrix)
– Website is being jumpstarted with Nitropack.
– The website was built using Elementor but incorporates concepts from an Astra template.
Something is in conflict and I can’t figure out what is the root cause. I have already purged caches and reset or disabled plugins but I can’t pinpoint the cause.
What would be the best course of action in figuring this out?

To start I’d use the browser inspector to determine if missing image(s) is/are returning 404 or some other connectivity error.
If you disable the image optimization plugin the problem does not go away? What’s the plugin name?
