It’s most likely some cache plugin/service on your server. Make sure you clear any cache when you make changes to the website.
Also there seems to be an issue with your HTTPS. The server is redirecting http to https but I think the URLs in WordPress Settings -> General still have http in them causing various mixed content issues and preventing some elements from loading.
