Last month, the elementor vulnerability really messed up my site. I restored it and updated all plugins but my site still doesn’t function like it used to. I have installed Wordfence to monitor it.
I have a few problems that still can’t be addressed.
1. Admin login intermittently does not work. It was working yesterday but today I was unable to login without resetting database permissions, per my host’s recommendations. The login just hangs when I try to enter and it doesn’t go anywhere after “loading”. I was reading online to increase the memory and PHP vars limits might help so I have just done that just now.
2. Making any changes through elementor does not immediately reflect on live site. I could change a picture but it won’t show on the live site. Making text edits sometimes breaks the formatting/sizing I have done. I think this is a caching issue because when I delete or test cache through wp super cache, it seems to fix the issue. Previously, I was deleting advanced-caching.php to solve the issue. I shouldn’t have to do that though.
