Since your page does not have the Mosaic layout currently, it is a bit difficult for me to say. Can you please re-enable Mosaic layout here so that I can take a look?
Thanks for your prompt reply! Oopsy! 😉
It’s turned back to Mosaic now…

Try using the JavaScript Layout Engine for this specific gallery. When you are creating the gallery, in the screen that says “Configure Your Layout”, there will be an option that says “Gallery Loading Mode” – for this gallery, change this to say “JavaScript”. See if that helps.
Hello again Sayontan! I did it and it’s not working. Was I also to switch loading engine to JS? I didn’t…
I don’t think the setting is in place correctly – if the layout engine is set, it creates a special CSS class, which is not coming up on this page.
Can you please tell me what shortcode you have on this page?
There’s none, only the gallery…
Sorry, I made a mistake in my instruction. It should not have been the load mode… it should be the layout engine. So, where it says load_mode="js", it should actually be layout_engine="js".
YESSSS! Thanks a lot!
So I need to select that layout engine in plugin default settings?

Generally, the CSS layout engine is the better option – it allows lazy loading of images. But in some cases (specifically in the Mosaic Layout), sometimes the CSS layout doesn’t work out. If that happens, going for the JS layout is a better option.
