We’re utilising Jetpack CRM at the moment and have integrated this with Gravity Forms to take a consultation form and log the information as a customer profile within the CRM. From this point, the customer will then make a payment via Stripe for the service and when this pulls back in from Stripe and the name fields seem to reverse.
So the Gravity Forms submission pulls through a customer first name and last name correctly, then when the customer makes a payment with Stripe which links to their profile their name reverses. For example, Joe Bloggs fills in the consultation form and is stored in the database, then when he makes payment via Stripe he becomes Bloggs Joe in the database.
Is there anything that could be causing this issue as I can’t see anything out of place in how this is working from the backend of the site?
