Issue with plugin [Custom Fields Account Registration For Woocommerce]

I use this plugin but when people use it to signup, I can’t see what they entered in the custom field. Though I have reached out to support which might take never or forever, is anyone familiar with this issue? Thank.
Avoid v1.0 plugins with less than 1K user in the repo.
