I have an important issue: the native popup takes virtually a big part of the right column. I say “virtually” because the visible chat window is smaller than the place it takes as a CSS object. But even if visually everything looks fine (= the chat popup is not too high), I experience a layout problem. I have several buttons in my webpages on the right column. But with the popup active, even closed, I cannot click on those buttons anymore. CSS inspector shows me that there are objects related to the chat popup above my buttons.
So the html structure of the chat popup seems to take a huge part of the right column, therefore disabling ability to click on a big part of the right column. This is really problematic.
