I appreciate that is one of those “how long is a piece of string” questions but any help you can provide would be gratefully received.
I’ve recently taken on a site that has CTP UI installed, it was configured by the previous hosting company. I’ve not used your plug-in before so on a bit of a steep learning curve here. As far as I know this has been working perfectly but recently (I assume a Elementor update has happened) when editing a specific page on the site I get an “Elementor Preview” error, this basically means that the live editing screen fails to load. I’ve had a look through the PHP logs and there is nothing to suggest what might be causing it. I only know if I disable CPT UI the page can be edited so it has something to do with the plugin. Are there any basic troubleshooting tips you can give me so I can start to figure out what is tripping Elementor up?
