Issues After Completing AIOSEO Setup: Missing Lists, Buttons, and Submenus

[ad_1]

I managed to resolve the issue for now.
The problem was fixed after disabling MonsterInsights.

After completing the AIOSEO wizard, several plugins were automatically installed, but it seems that none of the other plugins were related to the issue.

Hi @yosuke0127,

I’m sorry you experienced an issue with the MonsterInsights plugin and I’m glad you were able to resolve this.

The MonsterInsights and OptinMonster plugins are preselected and will be installed unless they are deselected during the Setup Wizard in All in One SEO.

There’s an option in our Setup Wizard where we have preselected features based on your site category selected in the Setup Wizard. You have the option to deactivate the additional conversion or analytics plugins, as seen here:

https://a.supportally.com/i/dsDH7Q

If you don’t require these plugins, then you can safely deactivate and delete them, and they will not be installed or activated again unless you run our Setup Wizard again and select the options mentioned above.

If you experience any other issues similar to this, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the screen where you’re experiencing the problem and open the browser developer tools. You can find instructions for each browser here – https://projectdmc.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis
  2. Reload the screen and check the Console tab for errors, which will show in red.
  3. Take a screenshot or copy and paste these errors and share them with us here, and we can investigate this further.

Thanks!
