Issues with new instillations

I’ve been creating a few more sites with WordPress recently and I’m finding some huge bugs and issues with WordPress that don’t make much sense.

Issue one; when I try and edit a page and then go back to view the page like a normal visitor would, the site breaks (either white screen, or infinitely loading)

Issue two; when going from admin panel to regular site, the website white screens or breaks.

These issues are incredibly annoying since they always require me to have to restart my browser and clear cache. What’s odd is that my websites that were created a while ago, are not experiencing this issue even though they have the same plugins and are updated to the latest WordPress version. This problem only seams to be happening with WordPress sites that I have created recently. Is anyone else experiencing these issues? The issues persist regardless of the hosting provider, bug both on A2 and Hostinger.

In an attempt to solve this issue, I disabled near all plugins, the issue persisted.
