I woke up this morning to find a site I look after broken. The “recent obituaries” were not showing where they normally do on the homepage and neither were the testimonials.
When I am logged in, everything looks fine but if I’m not the site layout is broken. Now when trying to fix it, I keep breaking it worse. I keep reading its the cache, so I cleared the cache. I deactivated and reactivated the plugins one by one, that didn’t help either.
Now, the mobile menu isn’t opening. It changes color once clicked but doesn’t actually open. The gtranslate widget in the top bar disappeared. The buttons in the hero slider stopped working in the mobile version as well. Now, the bottom part of the site that is supposed to house the testimonials and the contact info is boxed and the background is missing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
UPDATE: Thank god I backed up the site a few days ago, it saved me.
