I am having a couple of issues with The Events Calendar plugin. The first screenshot below showcases the main events page when first loaded in – the list format and images are incorrectly formatted, there’s no search bar, and I’m unable to change the view mode of the calendar. If I reload the page or even zoom in/out on the page, it immediately changes to the second screenshot, which is what I prefer and is actually functional. Is there a way to prevent the calendar from loading in incorrectly at first?
Also, is there any way I could remove the duplicate site title above the calendar view, as well as the bit of empty space between that and the calendar? I’ve tried editing the theme CSS with code found on The Events Calendar support forums, but either the information there is outdated or does not work with my theme (I’m using Crio).
Apologies if I seem ignorant to any WordPress processes – I’m fairly new to using it as a platform and to in-depth website design in general, and my knowledge is pretty surface level. Thank you for your help!
