Some users experience this, not only with my plugin, but with many others (all using asynchronous requests). Have a look here: https://meowapps.com/fix-cookie-check-failure-wordpress/. I think it’s mainly because another plugin, not sure which one, but I think a performance plugin did updated a month ago or so and this started to happen. Which performance plugin do you use?
