Yeah I’m not a web developer and I f’ed up my site, it doesn’t have page headers anymore, I have a good basic understanding went and added them back on block editor and still nothing !

You might have turned them off from settings of the pages. Let me help you
Go to theme customization here you can find the header section. You might hide or turn off this section.
You should always back up your website before tweaking the code.
