Its possible to edit customer info usin the directory front section

I’m sorry to disappoint you, but it is not. Only the users can edit their own profiles using the form avaliable in the /acccount/ page. Form the profile page they can only add/edit profile picture and banner.

Admin can only edit from the WP dashboard.

I understand, your users directory is more user friendly, and the user profile so, that is why we want to use your front sections for this, and maybe change the user url for point to the backend editor form your user directory at least do you have some flter or hook
