I saw this link and that it had been mark resolved, although there was no real answer. But I did want to say that I got the answer from a theme dev saying that if you disable the speed images enabler in Jetpack that will fix the problem. Go to the Performance tab in Jetpack and uncheck “Speed up image load times.”
This will fix the problem. Thought I’d share since that other was not answered and I was desperately looking for the answer!
