Jetpack Plugin Sending Emails About Site Being Down When I Cancelled My Site

I found a post on this forum where someone had this issue, and they were assisted by someone from Jetpack, but the thread has since been closed. I’m hoping that I might be able to get similar assistance here, or be pointed in the right direction.

I ended my subscription with my hosting provider, so I no longer have access to any tools, but I am still getting emails saying that my site is down/up and running etc. I have looked for support on Jetpack’s website, but it would seem I needed to switch them off prior to cancelling my site. Alas, there doesn’t seem to be any way to contact Jetpack directly.

If someone could kindly assist me in terminating these emails, I’d be highly grateful. I don’t want to put these emails into spam, but I’m getting dozens daily, and I’d rather not!
