JetPackCRM + MailPoet Forms: Using Tag Management

[ad_1]

Hi everyone,

I’m using JetPackCRM as a contact and transaction management solution within WordPress. I am using MailPoet as my newsletter and e-mail solution.

**JetPackCRM integrates with WooCommerce** (*Displays transactions made by a contact*) **& MailPoet** (*Displays mailing lists & MailPoet Tags associated with a contact*).

**Challenge:**
I would like to dynamically Add/Remove/Update MailPoet Subscriber Tags based upon the actions of a subscriber.

**Background:**
Each MailPoet Form has the ability to add a tag to each new subscriber that completes the form.

*For Example:*
*MailPoet-Form-A is programmed to tag all contact submissions as ‘Curious About Products’.*
*MailPoet-Form-B is programmed to tag all contact submissions as ‘Loving The Freebies’.*

In the case of *MailPoet-Form-A,* I would like to be able to remove the tag ‘*Curious About Products*’ and add a new MailPoet tag of ‘*Has Made Purchase’* for contacts which have graduated to making a WooCommerce Product Purchase.

JetpackCRM allows for actionable contact sorting based upon MailPoet Tags.

**Solution Request:**
Is it possible to dynamically modify MailPoet tags based upon contact behavior (*rather than update tags manually, for each individual contact)*?
