I’m glad you’re enjoying WP Job Manager. Almost anything is possible, depending on how much customization you’re willing to do. 🙂 WP Job Manager is intentionally lightweight, so it can be modified and extended in a variety of different ways.
Changing defaults like the description field mandatory length isn’t a built-in feature, but one that could be added through code. While we aren’t able to support the writing of custom code, we do have some resources that can help you to do it on your own:
