Hi,
AST plugin is now overriding ‘Order Shipped’ Kadence email customizer. Since we can’t use Kadence email customizer to edit body text, we tried editing text via LASt email customer. But the text runs as one long sentence – and does not seem to accept HTML to format.

The customiser is not allowing for any formatting at all.
Please advise on how to resolve this.
