Language Button not appearing on the mobile menu

I believe you have a separate menu for mobile. You can reach your theme developer about the setting in the screenshot for more explanation.

My suggestion would be to use [gtranslate] shortcode directly in the menu, please check Positioning tips on GTranslate plugin settings page for more options.
