Sunshine relies on volunteer translators and it appears Portuguese is not fully complete yet. You can find the translations here and help out if you want: https://explore.transifex.com/wp-translations/sunshine-photo-cart/
You can use Loco Translate to finish off any translations just for your site though.
Which text specifically was still in English and I can double check that it is set to allow translations.
One thing that sometimes shows English and gets stored in your database and needs to be manually updated is the order statuses. In your WordPress admin, go to Sunshine > Settings > General > Order Statuses.
The issue is not the translation itself, I’ve done a few already and am familiar with Loco Translate.
The problem is, some text strings that are already translated, they show up in english. They can be found in both the dashboard and also the emails sent to customers.
And by searching the text strings to be translated, the only ones that could possibly be the ones I want, they are already translated.
Please make sure to follow this info I also sent:

Ok, now I found that. I went to Order Statuses and translated the texts. After a quick test by changing the bogus order status, I got the email and its 100% Portuguese.
Many thanks!
