I can see your reviews on that page. If you are not seeing the latest reviews first, check if you have pinned some reviews. Pinned reviews will always be displayed first.
Also since you are using the shortcodes instead of the provided blocks and builder widgets, make sure to review the documentation for all the available shortcode options. You can find the documentation on the Site Reviews > Help & Support > Shortcodes page.

If you are using the WordPress editor (I.e. Gutenberg), use the provided Site Reviews blocks.
If you are using Elementor, use the provided Elementor Widgets.
If you are using the Avada theme, use the provided Fusion Builder widgets.
