A client has requested to integrate service titan post api calls on forms in WordPress site. As far as what I can understand is we have to create a plug-in with custom forms (coz gravity forms does not provide that options) and api calls to the service titan endpoint and send form data via api post calls? Right now the site is built with Elementor and uses gravity forms for contact forms.
I’m kinda new to integrating apis into WordPress, so I was wondering if anyone has done this before or have any suggestions on how to approach this problem? Any help is appreciated. I have attached a screenshot of more details. TIA.
