Learndash Groups Plus + Woocommerce Subscriptions solution help

Currently I run a course selling website but we want to implement progress tracking. We are building a copy website where we are testing the learndash LMS plugin.

Learndash has been fine so far, however I’m having trouble with trying to set up the bigger packages to sell to schools using the groups plus plugin [https://www.learndash.com/groups-plus-by-learndash/])

I wanted to test the following packages:

• 1 School Class (20-30 students): £1,000 per yearThis would be a single team/group

• 1 Year Group (90+ students): £5,000 per yearThis would be 3-4 teams (3-4 school classes) with 1 team leader for each team

• 1 School (Year 9-11) (300+ students): £10,000 per yearThis would be 9-10 teams (3 years groups) with 1 team leader for each team

I want to implement these via woocommerce subscriptions plugin + learndash.

I understand the difference between organisations / teams / groups but I’m not sure how to create a solution for the packages I need.

Also I’m debating if I should do these high cost packages manually, rather than making a woocommerce product for it.

I would imagine that high cost packages will require back and forth with the schools, and in the end they would want an invoice where they’d end up doing bank transfer. In this case, would the woocommerce subscriptions be redundant as the payment plan would be handled outside the website?
