The current situation is: we aren’t sure how to control class access on our website.
We have several membership types.
1. In the individual Learndash classes, the classes are correctly associated with each membership.
2. In the PMPro membership area, the classes are correctly associated with each membership.
3. We have not used the WooCommerce product area to manage class access.
But things seem to keep breaking. We now need to go into user’s individual profiles to manually add and remove classes.
Every couple of months, something seems to break or surprise us.
The connection between Subscription payments and Membership status seems to break.
Class access seems to change.
Any suggestions on how to navigate this? We’re looking to remove PMPro and move to WooCommerce subscriptions to simplify everything.
