- I have an easy website https://www.erlernbar.ch/ with just a minimum of content.
- I have a .htaccess file which protects the wp-login script from unauthorised access.
- The site works perfectly so far.
- Now I’ve installed the lightbox block plugin to make the page a little nicer.
- As soon as i insert a lightbox block element on a page, the authentication dialogue is displayed when i call up the page. But only on my smartphone and not on my pc.
- I can close the dialogue box without entering the credentials and the page is displayed.
- In my opinion, the dialogue box should not be displayed because it is not a protected page.
- What can I do about it? Does the Lightbox block plugin need access to certain directories that may be protected with .htaccess?
- Thank you for your support!
