link to NOT category X pages, is it possible?

I’ve searched, but could not find it.

Is there a way to create a link in the menu which shows all posts except category “computer”.
Of the 600+ posts, there are <30 without computer category. I want site visitors to see only these other posts when not interested in tech.
So per default all posts, and filter posts without category computer.
There are posts with (for example) computer and BBQ.

Is there a piece of php code I can add, or even better a plugin I can use??
