Of course, you can add links inside of the embeddings as they are basically text. But fair warning, it’s not guaranteed that the chatbot won’t deform them and come up with its own version of the links. 😅
You use manual interventions is by using filters. You can modify the context and the query/response before it’s sent/received and ensure that your chatbot stays on track.
