So late last year I migrated all my sites to hostinger and started to use litespeed cache. Hostinger offers litespeed servers and the entire thing so you would expect it to work very well.
Well, it doesn’t. It completely ruins the ACTUAL page speed. Not the Google one, but the actual page speed.
When I disable the plugin everything loads instantly. Like right away. When I use litespeed images take 8 seconds to load, fonts load in super slow etc. It’s doing the opposite of what it promises.
How can this happen? And why are so much people seemingly so happy about this plugin?

8 seconds is quite alarming. I would ask the host to investigate. Could be some weird config bug.
It works great on Hostinger, if configured properly and isn’t conflicting with other optimization plugiins/settings. Good starting point…[Optimizing WordPress to 100% With LiteSpeed Cache Plugin (hostinger.com)](https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/litespeed-website-optimization-tool/)
something wrong with the setting , possibly using another catching method as well.
Settings, conflicts.
