LMS Site: Creating a user sign-up and student page

I’m building a learning website for my friends. I’m using WordPress, WooCommerce, and Sensei. I can not figure out how to create a sing-up page for the customer/student.

I would like a person to be able to log in and see what they’ve studied and how well they’ve done on their quizzes.

The only info I can find is how to sign up to follow blogs.

Does anyone have any documentation or advice?
