I have a long-time blog/website in [wordpress.com]). I pay dearly for the business package, even though I make no money off my blog. It’s a hobby. And I’m also not technically good with WordPress at all. I managed to customize my theme a bit and that’s it. It’s hosted at [wordpress.com]) and I pay for server space etc.
All of a sudden, I cannot load anything about my blog. The [https://wordpress.com/stats/day]) page literally says “loading my sites…” and blinks like that forever. I can’t even open the help contact form to submit a ticket to WordPress. In the past, they’ve been great about going in and fixing small code issues (a benefit of paying for the business plan) but I can’t even get that chat contact form to load.
My actual website loads and works perfectly.
Any ideas about what the problem is? How else can I get in touch with WordPress?
