“Local” development environment for multiple team members.

So, we’ve got a client now that can’t get hosting for the next few weeks for whatever reason, and we want to complete their site by then, but our team is remote and I’m just wondering what workflow is best.

The only thing that comes to mind is using [Local]) on one computer with Live Link connection to the others. What are the other options to achieve this? Let’s say we have 2 people from different places that need to work on this site (no code, just page builders). Is Local good enough for this or should I set up an XAMPP server and expose a port for them?
