I am new to WordPress. weak old only.
today when i tries to start localhost test website localhost refuse to connect error start to show.
i tried clearing DNS, enabling & disabling Firewall, checked in Xampp for port 80 (tried changing port no in Listen on notepad.
Nothing is working.
Any help would be appreciated.
