LocalWP backup to Dropbox – it wants to backup all my node modules, etc. Documentation is confusing me.

I see there is a file called .localbackupaddoningore.txt where I can add files to ignore, but I can't figure out how it's supposed to work. It links to some instructions for Restic and the Local Addon Backup github page.

It also seems to say it uses Git.

If I want to use Git, do I have to create a new git repo wherever .localbackupaddonignore.txt is located?

Is Restic already enabled by default?

Does anyone have an example .localbackupaddoningore.txt file I can look at to try to figure out how to get the paths correctly for Restic or Git?
