A simple way is just make a client or lawsuit specific page/post for a client, and change the page/post visibility to password protected, so only the client can view the page or post. You might want to make a custom post type called “lawsuits” to separate them from your sites normal pages and posts, and you might want to noindex the lawsuits pages or posts so they hopefully don’t get indexed by search engines.
