I just published my book and when I tried logging into my site to edit the announcement post, it had too many redirects and failed. (Login page failed to open)
I use litespeed cache plugin, and cloudflare cdn, it was working perfectly, and extremely fast, up until a few days ago.
I have auto-update plugins on.
Cloudflare said enable full strict ssl control, this caused a 404 or the plesk default page. I used letsencrypt to secure it. (My suspicion is that’s why?)
Finally my host did something, that allowed the login page to load.
Password kept getting rejected. The lost password link led to a page not found. (Caused by woo commerce) I attempted to reset the admin password through the database. Still failures.
Woo commerce was disabled and the password reset link worked—sort of.
When resetting the password it said “unable to verify password strength” and a checkbox to accept weak password (it was strong)
The login still fails every time!
I need to access my site in the next two days max to prepare pre-holiday promotions.
The only thing I did not try was installing a higher-level ssl.
But it had worked as is days before, so I guess it’s a plug-in issue?
