I'm looking for some advice regarding log in and registration. Right now I'm using Flatsome theme and have been looking to some plugins to do this.
I've installed Profile Builder and I'm not sure what to say, it made me a really decent registration form and log in form yet on the dashboard I can't choose which form to edit, seems like its a all into one type of plugin, the profile page is also a necessity in which I have to be able to change the menus.
I've also tried user registration, in which in my opinion is great yet the basic version only has access to certain types of fields which for me are a necessity.
My project is a shop, people who register are customers only, no subscriptions and the information I want from them is:
First Name
Last Name
Password
Email
Birthdate
The profile page has to be able to edit all of these.
Log in page would ask for email and password.
Would need a recover password page.
The shop itself doesn't ask for registration in order to buy, having an account is just an extra. I don't have any kind of locked content besides the admin dashboard to the non logged users.
Besides asking for plugin advices being all on the free category I would also like to know if this is doable with the standard editor and/or with Flatsome to reduce the number of plugins in my website.
