Login URL Redirects to wp-admin

Hello,

The custom URL I set in the plugin lets me login, but after logging in it redirects the user to wp-admin (which then goes to a 404 error). The top WordPress bar also doesn’t allow me to go to the dashboard since it links to wp-admin still. How do I fix this?

I have already tried refreshing permalinks.
