Looking for a plugin that can manage 301 redirects on ‘edit post’ not settings bulk edits

I have my main long URLs for example:
– site.com/category/funny-post-name

I want to be able to edit my post and create a redirect while im there:
– site.com/funny

all the plugins i checked seem to only manage redirects somewhere else on the plugin settings.

My main URL might change in 6 months so i need it to be flexible.

Any plugin suggestions?

Can I use Advanced Custom Fields?
