Looking for a Plugin to Search For Businesses in different locations

Hi, I have a client who wants to build a “Find a Practitioner” page like this:

I think on that site it’s all just custom coded but does anyone know of a sort of directory plugin that could do the same thing?

It’s fine if it’s a paid plugin.
