Looking for a redirection plugin that supports HTML anchors

Hi,

I'm looking for a plugin to permanently redirect from my main page http://sub.example.com to http://sub.example.com/page#anchor

All the Plugins i tried get rid of the anchor and just redirect to http://sub.example.com/page
