Looking for a script or plugin(preferred) to export all data

I have some 3200 products in my WP site (we are using woocommnerce) now each product has multiple variants. Someone messed up and added images in variants addition image section instead of added it to variantion image (refer to the image below), and I have been asked to fix that issue there are literally 1000s of item to go through, I dont have much access outside of the wp admin dashboard.

I have tried exporting all data to a cs, no luck there since the export did not have image url for variantion's addition image field.

Any suggestion are welcome, Thanks

Image should be up in the main image section.
