I found this theme, where I really like the filter/category function. However, it seems like the annual license cost $85. (Or maybe it’s a one-time price – I’m not sure?)

Don’t know the plugin but I’ve build something like this with ACF in my custom theme.
It’s fairly easy if you know your way around PHP, ACF and map API of your choice. You might want some JS for smooth interactions.
