I am specifically looking for someone who can start with this template

Sorry if this is very vague… I am assuming I would need a full stack developer. Looking for someone who has experience and knows what they are doing. We will be working together through calls etc and meeting in person potentially if you are in the United States. I am located in the east coast specifically in the Philadelphia area so it’s a +++ if you are on east coast. Before we start any work we will discuss your experience and will require proof etc.
