Self-hosted here. I’m having a hard time believing that paying Hubspot $30 a month is my only solution, so maybe someone here can point me in the right direction.
Pretty much I have a contact card with some customs dates: Departure Date and Return Date. I want an email template to be sent 3 days prior to Departure Date, and another email template to be sent 3 days after Return Date. So kind of like a birthday automation email, but for the custom date fields in the contact.
The closest I’ve gotten is FluentCRM, but aside from the birthday automation I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do this for custom field dates.
I’m really not using this for marketing, I just am trying to automate my workflow with my client list.
