I’m currently on the hunt for a WordPress plugin and hoping the community here might have some insights or recommendations:
The plugin should allow clients to book services (like consultations, evaluations, etc.) directly through my WordPress site. It also must sync with the Outlook Calendar in both directions. Meaning, if I manually create an event in Outlook, it should reflect as booked/unavailable in the booking system on the site. If I create an event using the WordPress frontend, it should be registered in the Outlook Calendar.
I’ve done some research and found a few options like Bookly Pro, Appointment Hour Booking, Amelia and BirchPress. However, the Bookly Outlook Add-on seems to be trash, Appointment Hour Booking only allows importing and exporting no real two-way real-time synchronization, Amelia has a lot of unnecessary features and is therefore pricy and BirchPress seems to be outdated.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
